Payment, Cancellation, Refund and No-Show Policy

  • Payment for all registrations must be made in full prior to the conference. If you would like to request an invoice in order to pay by check please email a request to registration@nacln.org
  • Attendee substitutions are permitted. Please email notice of the substitution and a revised registration information to registration@nacln.org
  • Cancellations must be made via e-mail to registration@nacln.org
  • Cancellations received in writing on or before April 20th, 2012 will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within one week of receiving notice of cancellation.
  • Cancellations received in writing after April 20th, 2012 will be refunded at a rate of 50% or credited in full towards a future NACLN Conference. Transactions will be processed within one week of receiving notice of cancellation.
  • NO REFUNDS will be permitted after April 24th, 2012. Reminder: Substitutions are permitted.
